Our staff are highly trained and with regular care reviews we are able to provide clients with a individualized care package of the highest standard, which will maintain your dignity and provide clients with the maximum amount of independence. In order to maintain high standards Abbeycare strives to achieve the following:
- Regular care reviews carried out by our dedicated Case Manager
- 24 hour access to either a Manager or Senior Carer
- Staff trained or in the process of NVQ level 2 health & Social Care or the equivalent
- Staff to be first aid trained
- To always be spoken to with respect and dignity
